All repairs are handled by mail. We provide prepaid shipping labels and packaging guidance to make the process straightforward regardless of your location.
Flat rates are available for the most common models and failure modes. Anything not listed is quoted individually after diagnosis — you never pay without approval.

To initiate a repair or ask about a specific device, reach out by email or Messenger. We respond to all inquiries within one business day.

All completed repairs carry a 2-year warranty covering the specific fault repaired. This warranty covers parts and labour for the same failure mode. It does not cover new faults, physical damage, lightning damage, or damage caused by incorrect installation after return.
If a repair fails within the warranty period, return shipping is covered by Grounded Repairs and the repair will be redone at no charge.
Devices assessed and deemed uneconomical to repair (BER — Beyond Economical Repair) will be returned to the client. A diagnostic fee may apply; this will be disclosed before the device is shipped to us.
Refunds on completed repairs are not available once work has been performed and approved. If you are dissatisfied with a repair outcome, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue under warranty.
Grounded Repairs collects only the information necessary to provide repair services — your name, contact information, shipping address, and details about the equipment being repaired.
